Located on a protected cove (Sand Pointe Cove) on the Caribbean Sea in the heart of the exclusive area of Cayman Kai on the north side of Grand Cayman and right across the road from the "Famous Rum Point Beach", these Island Houses are ideal for a family of up to six people or for one, two or three couples. Some Island Houses can sleep up to eight people. These Island Houses feature a living room, dining area, music/sun room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, two story screened lanai (with 2 sets of 10 foot sliding doors that open to the lanai which allows you to enjoy the indoor/outdoor feeling) that overlooks the cove and offers additional seating and dining area, two bedrooms each with their own private bath, walk in closet, and balconies which overlook the pool and cove to enjoy.

Enter Kai-lypso which has many upgrades recently made which makes this Island House a great place to vacation at.

This spacious and airy Island House has been just completely refurbished to a "Calypso" style by the new Owners.

The spacious living room has a large L shaped sofa which offers a lot of seating.

The Island House enjoys consistent trade winds that come across from Rum Point through the Island House to the cove. Ceiling fans are throughout, and it is fully air conditioned. The sun room off the living room offers an area to just relax.

Dining area with seating for six has easy access to the kitchen.

The Island House has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and blender. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and comes equipped with linens and towels, along with basic toiletries for your arrival.

The Island House has a king sized bed in the master bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower, walk in closet and a balcony.

The guest bedroom has two full size beds, with full bath, walk in closet and balcony.

The two story lanai is great place for entertaining or just relaxing. A two seat kayak is also included.

Step out on the spacious two story lanai and you'll find a great area to view the beautiful backyard and cove which leads out to the Caribbean sea. Also there is an outside shower at the end of the ramp.

Sit in your lanai and enjoy the stunning view of the backyard and the calm water of the cove.

You can swim in your 20'x40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze. For those who would rather lounge by the pool than swim, there is plenty of deck furniture provided with a mixture of chaise lounge chairs, benches and table.
