Some Island Houses can sleep up to eight people. These Island Houses feature a living room, dining area, music/sun room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, two story screened lanai (with 2 sets of 10 foot sliding doors that open to the lanai which allows you to enjoy the indoor/outdoor feeling) that overlooks the cove and offers additional seating and dining area, two bedrooms each with their own private bath, walk in closet, and balconies which overlook the pool and cove to enjoy.

Dream Kai has been decorated in an elegant Caribbean style with quiet cool colors and rich wood decor.

The rich wood dining room suite that will seat six very comfortably.

The dining room is close to the fully equipment kitchen with laundry room.
The two ten foot sliding glass doors lead out onto the two story lanai which give you a beautiful view of the backyard and the cove.

The newly remodeled kitchen and laundry room are just off the dining area.
There is a cComfortable sitting room off the living room. Also has a extra day bed mattress.

You can swim in your 20'x40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze. For those who would rather lounge by the pool than swim, there is plenty of deck furniture provided with a mixture of chaise lounge chairs, benches and table.
