    There is a railway station in Dyrffryn Ardudwy, half a mile from the property. Take the train from Wolverhampton, to Shrewsbury to Machynlleth to Dyffryn Ardudwy.

    By road from West Midlands area.....Go north on the M6, take the M54 to Shrewsbury on to the A5 bypass, turn left off the A5 onto the A458 through to Welshpool to Dolgellau, take the A470 to Mallwyd. After Dolgellau go left onto the A496 to Barmouth, follow through Barmouth on the A496, carry on approx 5 miles to Dyffryn Ardudwy.

I just spent a week in this lovely cottage with my husband, two grown up daughters and teenage granddaughter and my elder daughter's 2 dogs. The cottage has everything anyone could want (apart from free-view tv upstairs according to my daughters and granddaughter). We visited with our two children age 13 and 10 and our dog. The cottage is perfect. It has three good sized bedrooms, a dining area, living room, spacious kitchen and two bathrooms. We chose this property as it included kennels which made it ideal for days we wanted to go mountain biking or other times when it was too hot to leave dogs in the car and the dogs had to "stay at home" but we still wanted to take the dogs on holiday with us. The cottage proved to be the... more
