Cabrita Cliff Haus offers 5 a/c bedroom suites on 2 levels (under one roof), each with balcony or patio overlooking the sea. On the main level, the spacious Great Room takes center stage - custom Indonesian furnishings & a high ceiling combine with 16-foot glass pocket doors to bring the vistas inside. The large living space extends out to a sheltered verandah, perfect for cocktails & alfresco dining. The granite & mahogany kitchen is a cook's delight, with wonderful appliances, cookware, dinnerware & chef's tools. The Great Room, kitchen & dining room are fully air-conditioned.

The entry foyer leads to the powder room and 2 a/c ensuite king bedrooms (Antilles Suite & Africa Suite). The Antilles Suite offers a sumptuous master bath finished with Italian marble, custom mahogany cabinetry, jacuzzi tub & separate shower. Below, via an interior staircase, is Cabrita's lower level where the Asia, Australia & America's Cup Suites, and the media room, are found (as well as access to the double garage & laundry area). The handsome a/c media room is furnished with sink-into chocolate leather sofas surrounding a 63" flat-screen satellite TV with DVD player & movies. This room comes complete with wet bar, mini-fridge, home office area & comfortable queen sleepsofa that can accommodate 1 or 2 more guests (additional fee).

Next door is the Asia Suite, with a seaside balcony graced by a hand-carved Buddha statue. The Australia & America's Cup Suites are accessed by a spiral staircase descending from the pool deck. The secluded Australia Suite is truly "down under," tucked away & flanked by a private verandah overlooking the water. From this verandah, large double doors open into the covered patio of the America's Cup Suite next door. This Suite is a roomy apartment with living/dining area, full kitchen & ensuite king bedroom (the America's Cup Suite may also be entered via private exterior staircase from the front of the property). The Australia & America's Cup Suites make a perfect 2-bedroom setup for a family with children & nanny.

Cabrita Cliff Haus offers one of the best views on St. Thomas, surveying the wide expanse of sparkling seas & green islands - a majestic backdrop to the entertaining panoply of yachts, power boats & kite surfers. This stunning custom home is luxuriously finished and is sure to please the most discriminating tastes.

Villa price is for 10 people (2 queen sofa beds sleeping 1-4 persons are available for an additional charge).
