We've just returned from two weeks at Longeveau . We had a really nice holiday, but I just don't think they've got it quite right. In my opinion there is a little lack of attention to detail. We are a family of six and had two under 5's and two teenagers.
For example, in the main bar area there are two arm chairs that are quite literally falling apart, for the sake of a few hundred pounds these should be replaced as they look shabby (and not in a chic way) and it makes the area around the pool table look unloved. The sandpit in the little play area next to the main bar area was devoid of sand. And the ground floor of our accommodation (Le Potager) smelt of damp. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but there were many occasions when we sat at tables, both inside and outside the bar area ,with other peoples empty glasses around us and the bar staff not interested in collecting the empties (and it was never that busy at the bar that they wouldn't have had time).
