    Additional Rate and Availability Information
    25% of rental required when booking. The remaining amount to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival plus £150 refundable damage / breakages deposit. This will be refunded within two weeks of departure, subject to satisfactory property inspection. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival date, the total amount of rental including damage / breakages deposit will be due at thetime of booking.

    Payment can be made by cheque or bankers draft.

    Rates include bedlinen and towels. Two nights minimum stay during low season, 1 week minimum stay during high season.

My wife myself, our son & two grandchildren had a great holiday at 91 the Quay Dundrum, the house is modern, very clean with lots of room and is more than well equiped, there was lots of toys that kept our 5 year old grandaughter busy when we got back from our daily travels around lovely Co. Down. A five minute walk from the property will take you to the sea or the pub or the chippy, there is also a convenience store in easy walking distance. The Dundrum Inn is a great place to eat, great food with very friendly staff. We found the butterfly house and gardens at seaforde a great place to visit, also Newcastle a great seaside town with lots of shops and things to do along the prom.
This was our second trip to N. Ireland and we found the people so friendly yet again.
I would highly recomend this property & Co. Down to anybody.

My husband, myself and my 2 year old were looking for holiday accomodation with a shop/pub/restaurant nearby so we didn't feel too isolated which can often happen when you go on hols with a small child. This house was perfect, both well equipped for family needs and well positioned to allow us to tour all around County Down - a lot to do within a 10 mile radius. There were 3 restaurants literally within 5 minutes walk of the property and a chinese take away, a fish and chip shop and shop/petrol station. The Mourne Seafood bar was our most enjoyable dining experience with a nice relaxed atmosphere and a reassuring 5 star food hygiene rating. Wednesday night is lobster night where you get a lobster for 14.95 which was lovely. All in all a great property with modern fresh decor, well eqipped throughout and the back yard, although small, gets the sun in the evening. You can also see the sea from the front unstairs windows. Suited us down to the ground! more
