    The rate includes heating and electric, logs for the woodburning stove, use of the WIFI, linen & towels and a welcome pack which includes milk, bread, jam and other essentials to get you started.

    A deposit of 50% is required on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival, at this stage your security deposit of £250 is also due. The security deposit will be refunded no later than 10 days after your departure after the property has been inspected.

A luxurious modern 5 star house with everything you need for the stay. Walking distance to the fantastic beach, safe enclosed garden for small children. It has all the essential non essentials! Supurb family weekend stay. A large, safe garden for the children to play. The covered outdoor eating area meant that we could BBQ, even in the winter. Bedrooms were clean and spacious. Modern, spacious and well equipt living/ kitchen/dining area with amazing views of the Mournes! Walking distance to Murlough beach and Dundrum village. We stayed for a week in Mourne Escape and it is truly a wonderful property both inside and outside. We were met on arrival by Mervyn & Pauline, who showed us around the house and were both very helpful. The added touch of a welcoming basket of food essentials made us feel even more special and was a lovely gesture.... more
