We have just returned from a really lovely stay in this beautiful apartment with stunning sea views. The apartment is really nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. The welcome pack of a bottle of Prosecco and Welsh cakes and a pint of milk were a lovely touch, as were the cleaning products, and dishwasher tablets meaning you didn’t have to do a shop simply for a couple of basics. All guests commented on how comfy the beds and bedlinen were. The location is excellent with some lovely walks, particularly the promenade from the front door! I can highly recommend the Beach pavilion cafe just yards from the house - good food, great prices and welcoming staff - which is shown by just how popular is it. We are just looking to book another stay there. Thanks Gary - a lovely place to be.

Great Find
Visited as a family of 4 adults and 2 children ! Apartment is great as the lay out gives you space and privacy having an en-suite bedroom on another floor ! It’s in a great seafront location with street parking! The sea views are amazing from the spacious lounge ! It’s very well equipped and clean ! As said in other reviews a welcome bottle of Prosecco along with Welsh food items was a lovely touch ! Great sea front walk and a perfect base to explore Anglesey and Llandudno area ! There was nothing we didn’t like and would highly recommend ! Thank you Gary 👍

A peace study retreat
Such a great apartment that felt like home from home, but with wonderful added extras, upon arrival we were surprised with a bottle of proseco and a few essentials that were needed which was a lovely touch. The views of the sea at the front do not disappoint nor the views of the hills/mountains via the back. This very well kept apartment as others have said, very spacious and immaculately clean. Things that you must take with you are your swim trunks or cossie to take a dip in the ocean with the locals, and your favourite bathbomb and bottle of wine to enjoy when you take a relaxing bath with a view in the evening. Gary informs you of everything you need to know from heating, keys, WiFi and the best local hotshots and takeaways. Fully recommend a stay here.

Wonderful apartment
Good location, spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Easy access to this area of the coast, and a pleasant stroll along the front. A glass of wine whilst sitting in the bath and taking in the view is a must!

Wonderful base for North Wales
This apartment is to high class standard of decoration and equipment. The rooms are all larger than we expected, especially the main living and kitchen room. The views over the sea are beautiful, our favourite spot was in the main bedroom sitting on the chaise-longue watching the sea and the sky.
The bath with a view on the top floor was something out of a movie real luxury, the shower room was also excellent.
From this apartment the A55 took you quickly to the places of interest, we got to South stack Holy head in 35 minutes.

Ticked every box for us
Needed somewhere to completely relax and the photos of the apartment really appealed, on arrival the real thing certainly did not disappoint !
It was easy to find and the instructions Gary gave us for locating keys and use of facilities were spot on. The weather for most of the week was stormy and the large windows made it the perfect place to sit and watch the rain and waves from the warmth and comfort of the settee. When we did venture out its a great location for quick access to Conwy, Llandudno, Colwyn Bay etc. The local fish and chip shop, The Jolly something was first class.
The apartment is warm and spotlessly clean, the beds are comfortable and the bath a real treat! We would definitely recommend staying at Seaview Apartment and hope we gt to go again.

Lovely apartment

Amazing Apartment
This apartment is fabulous. It is on the promenade, looking over the sea. The apartment is huge with king sized bedroom and twin bedroom on the first floor and an amazing double bedroom with en-suite on the top floor. The en-suite has a massive bath overlooking the sea, very romantic. The whole apartment was beautifully and very tastefully decorated/furnished, spotlessly clean, very light and airy, with everything you could need for your stay. Gary and Myriam have done a wonderful job refurbishing and kitting out the apartment, they obviously have excellent taste. You will never get fed up of the gorgeous views overlooking the beach. We used the apartment for a base to explore Wales, as it is very close to lots of attractions, although I could have just stayed in the apartment for the whole time, it was so beautiful and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment and can't wait to stay there again.

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location
This was our second visit to the apartment and we had another fantastic weekend. With 6 of us staying (4 adults and 2 children) in the 3 bedrooms we loved the comfy beds and lots of space. It is really clean, well decorated and the sofas in the front room are fab for relaxing in after a day of walking or being on the beach. The kids loved the big bath on the upper floor, and the shower in the main bathroom is really powerful and spacious. The washing machine and tumble dryer are really handy if needed.
The apartment itself is very spacious and well equipped and couldn't be in a better location with amazing sea view and within 1 mins walk of 2 playgrounds, a restaurant and café.
We ate in Oceans restaurant next door and had ice cream at the Beach Pavillion Café across the road - both highly recommended.
Great apartment for families or couples.
The apartment owners, Gary and Myriam were very friendly and happy to help. We can't wait to return again.

Great place!
This is the second time we have stayed here and it is a great place to stop. If you’re looking for a relaxing week by the beach then this is the place. Even in the winter there is plenty going on and the views are fantastic. Relax in the bath and look out to the sea or put your feet up in the front room and watch the boats go by. The apartment has pretty much everything you could need.
- there are two playgrounds within 5 mins walk.
- The beach is on your doorstep with some grass for football etc so the kids love it.
- the village Co-op is within walking distance and has most things.
- well worth visiting the beach cafe and Oceans for a huge portion of fish & chips. The village Indian is great but they do take forever and are never ready on time.
I think you could spend a week here and not drive anywhere, but there are tons of places to visit nearby if you want more.
The only small thing we would change is the mattress on the top floor which is rock hard (hopefully that will get changed at some point), but otherwise this apartment is first class and we would highly recommend it.
Relax in Wales and enjoy every minute. Give it a go.
