    Holiday Rental House –
    1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Sleeps 2
Hillcrest Park is our rural, 6 acre, holiday location in the northernmost of the Yorkshire Dales, Teesdale. Surrounded by farmland, it offers peace, tranquillity and beautiful views of Teesdale – yet is only 10mins from the A66. It is ideal for walkers, cyclists and dog owners (we have a dog walking field onsite) and is close to Richmond, Barnard Castle, High Force Waterfall, Raby Castle and a host of other Dales attractions.

Hillcrest was once a working farm, but the outbuildings have been converted into Holiday Cottages and we now have Camping Pods for those who want all the pleasure of camping and outdoorsiness, but without the hassle of wet tents on a windy day. Most importantly, we aim to offer all our guests a comfortable, get-away-from-it all, rural retreat.

    Each pod is insulated...

Me, my partner and the newest member of our family (our dog) stayed one night in one of the camping pods. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. On arrival we were met by the owner. The lady was very friendly and helpful and, as the site was quiet, was generous enough to let us use one of the... more

Arrived a bit late however this wasn't a problem and the owners were there to greet us as we pulled in. The pod was very clean and so were the bathrooms along with the rest of the campsite. Quite a busy campsite which has a quiet and present atmosphere. The views from the site are stunning and so was the... more

We booked a pod but my mistake i did not realise that we needed all the camping stuff. we asked Katie if we could upgrade to a cottage which they did, what a fantastic cottage. Lovely and cosy and we could let our brown Labrador out in the garden and know he was safe. The dog walking section is great... more
