The apartment sleeps up to 4 (two bedrooms).

The apartment is in an ideal location. Just a minutes walk from the beach. Porthtowan has everything you need...beach, bar, cafe, shop etc. for a relaxing holiday. Slightly disappointed with view, was hoping to paint sea views from terrace, but not far to walk to beach. Nearby cafes good. Wonderful place if you are into surfing. more

The apartment consists of:
- A hallway leading to two bedrooms - a double bedroom with wardrobe/storage, and a small but cosy bunk room which we recommend for children or small teenagers. A travel cot is available for guests travelling with young children.
- A bathroom comprising of a bath with electric shower over, washbasin, WC and heated towel radiator
- A modern fitted kitchen with Microwave, full size Electric cooker, hob, washing machine, integrated fridge with freezer compartment etc. The Kitchen is fully equipped with an excellent range of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils, and has views to the sea.

Electricity is rechargeable by a key meter which is credited with approximately £10 on arrival and guests are asked to replenish any electricity used prior to departure. This can be done in the local shop or post office.

A security deposit of £100 required at the time of booking, refundable within 10 days of departure if all in order.

If the booking is made more than 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday - 25% of the rental fee to be forwarded as Holiday deposit in addition to the security deposit.

If the booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday the whole rental fee is to be paid (+ security deposit as above)

If payment is not received when required your booking may be cancelled and the holiday deposit lost. In this case your security deposit would be refunded
