    Holiday Rental House –
    2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, Sleeps 4
Foxglove Cottage is full of character and is furnished and equipped to a high standard whilst retaining many original features. Foxglove sleeps four but we've discovered that it is a particular favourite with couples.

This 4 star stone cottage is on a quiet, private lane in a small farming village on the eastern side of the Peak District. Step outside and enjoy the fabulous views towards Hardwick Hall. Try one of several recommended walks around the village – we provide guests with bespoke walks from the doorstep together with a selection of maps and guide books.

There is an open log fire – wonderful on a chilly evening - and we'll provide you with an initial supply of logs and coal free of charge. In the summer months we think you'll enjoy spending time in the private gard...

I stayed at Foxglove Cottage with my husband and two-year old son. The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean and tidy and so much thought had gone into the provision of everything you would need for your stay. Sue made us feel very welcome. A near perfect cottage. One of the best we ever had, even our children (17 and 14) said so out of their own. more

The cottage is very clean and well equipped, with plenty of hot water and no shortage of central heating warmth. The log fire was cosy on a wet and cold day in May. Lovely walk direct from the cottage and not far from the quaint village of Ashover with a choice of 3 pubs. more
