The whole place has a really lovely feel and the owners are very helpful and kind. We loved it! It is in a quiet area, but very close to everything you need (e.g. malls, restaurants, public transportation to down town...). There is even a little backyard with a big bbq grill. We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Oak in Vancouver. The design and furnishings and appointments are very attractive, modern, comfortable, and welcoming. The Blue Oak was just perfect for our family of six. The location was terrific for us, very centrally-located, Downtown, Granville Island, Kerrisdale, and Richmond were all within easy reach.
