We stayed here for a week in August of 2014 and found the house to be quite clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped (with the exception of no colander). Wi-fi worked perfectly. My daughters loved the bunk beds in the small bedroom. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dogs to be able to run around in. We also liked the convenience of having a washer and dryer.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is even a Tim Horton’s at the end of the block for convenience. From the house it is a nice easy 10-15 minute walk down to Ferry St where we caught the WEGO bus in front of the Niagara Falls History Museum.
Dealing with the rental company Home Away Stays (now apparently renamed to Niagara Smart Stays) was very pleasant. We were upgraded to this property from a condo shortly before our trip with no additional charge. During a brief power outage, we contacted them and they reported it to the power company.
