This 850 square foot two bedroom, two bathroom condominium has just been totally renovated with River Stone floors in the bathrooms and Bamboo flooring in the living areas. It has everything you need for your vacation or a visiting executive. All this at a fraction of the cost of a small downtown Toronto hotel room.

Come home and relax on the leather sofa and take in the CN Tower view or lounge on the large balcony with synthetic lawn and enjoy the city lights.

The master bedroom contains a queen size bed with energy-absorbing foam mattress and a master ensuite with sink, toilet and walk in shower. TV and DVD player in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen size wall bed, desk and chair. The second bathroom has a sink, toilet and soaker tub/shower.

The living room has a flat panel LCD TV mounted on the wall. There is a large down-filled leather sofa as well as two chairs. The dining room has a large glass top table and six chairs. An extra chair at the end of the table will accommodate a seventh person.

There are lots of dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, linens, pillows, towels, etc.
