Within 3 minutes walk of the cottage you will find plenty to entertain - from the petting farm, indoor activity centre and outdoor 'swings' for children to some of the UK's best country and coastal walks. The village has two traditional pubs and a Post Office and shop which stocks everything you could need for a self catering holiday .

    The Grade II- listed cottage has a wealth of traditional features. The Purbeck Stone fireplaces are the focus of the spacious living rooms and dining rooms. The character of the cottage has been retained with much of the furniture antique but the cottage is also contemporary in its soft furnishings. There is a 32' HD flat screen TV with DVD. There is also an i phone JBL docking station.
    The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals. A Welcome Pack of bread, milk, eggs and biscuits will be in the kitchen on your arrival to help you get started on your holiday.
    The bedrooms have very comfortable beds and are furnished with antique furniture.
    The bathroom is ultra modern with a stunning beamed ceiling.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Hyde View Chris was extremely helpful throughout the booking The cottage is extremely well presented with all needs catered for. There's enough logs for the fire and the biggest collection of DVDs I've ever seen. We'll certainly be staying again. more
