Great location, just behind the dunes on one of the best beaches in the country and there is a friendly local pub, The Green Owl, just up the road. The house is clean, modern, tastefully decorated, well stocked with beach equipment, games and DVDs. We enjoyed meals and drinks out on the terrace in the sunshine and strolls along the beach in the evenings. The house was a great base to explore the local area - a short drive into Rye, Winchelsea and not far from Hastings and Battle. Overall, I couldn't fault it.
