    * Prices quoted are based on 4 persons staying. A supplement will be charged for additional persons.
    * Prices can be negotiated for clients wishing to stay for more than 2 weeks.
    * Long term bookings will be considered.
    * Apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival. You will be met at the apartment, where keys will be handed over.
    * If you require additional equipment for example, cot, highchair - please request upon booking.
    * Price includes bed linen, towels, all facilities mentioned and utilities.
    * Extra charges will be made for mid week cleaning and laundry, if requested.
    * A deposit of 25% is payable upon booking confirmation. Balance 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    * A £150.00 refundable deposit is required against damage and breakage.
    * Payment can be made via bank / internet transfer / cheque.

Leased this lovelly apartment for 2 week stay, August 2012,
Apartment is modern, clean, with fantastic veiws, staff at clubhouse were very freindly, helpful & knowledgeable about where to go & what to see.If your a Golf fan, the coarse was almost your own!. Car is essential though as 5km drive up a mountain from Elvira, underground parking a bonus (kept car nice & cool) Marbella 15 minute drive away. The pools were clean & uncrowded. If you after a holiday thats peaceful where you can relax
& do things at your own pace, this is the place. I would definetly consider going back next year.
