    This beautiful and well appointed apartment in Hacienda Playa, Elviria, sleeps six people. There is a large south facing terrace leading directly from the living area and is equipped with sun loungers, should you wish to relax and sun bathe in private, also there is a table with seating for 6 people.

    The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave and washing machine should you wish to stay at home and cater for yourself. Both bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, there is also a separate cloakroom within the apartment.

    Further facilities include large TV, DVD/CD sound system.

Trains available from the airport to Fuengirola then a short taxi ride to the apartment. Collection service from airport is also available for 50 euro's each way

This gate controlled estate has everything from great pool (very quiet plus separate kids paddling pool), superb well maintained grounds, 5 minutes walk from the beach and seaside bars/restaurants and only a short walk from Elveria where a hub of bars/restaurants, 2 supermarkets (one 24/7), pharmacy, bureau de change, taxi ranks, gift shops are enough to keep any family entertained night after night. One-way, on-street parking isn't a problem and always room to park up.

The apartment itself is well maintained, spacious inside, each bedroom has large shower/bath/toilet/bidet ensuite, fully fitted with all kitchen appliances, basic Sky TV channels, DVD player, music system (ipod docking), separate toilet with sink plus large mirror for sprucing yourself up, ironing board & iron... the list is endless.

Outside is the balcony - super large space that gets the best sun at times..... big table & chairs plus 2 sun loungers. There are no sea views but who needs...

We have just returned from our eight visit to this apartment and plan to return again in August with our family and young grandchild. The apartment is a luxurious home from home in a great location three minutes walk from beach, nice restaurants and shopping area.
It has a beautifully well maintained swimming pool with baby pool. This area tends to be quite as most people tend to use beach instead. The apartment is not overlooked and offers great opportunity to sit and relax on the spacious balcony. I personally enjoyed listening to local Irish Radio through the satellite TV system whilst sipping a cool drink and soaking in the sun on the privacy of our own balcony.
