This is a new chalet bungalow in a small cul de sac of about half a dozen similar properties in the village of St Guen in Brittany. The bungalow is much larger than it appears from outside. Six of us were in the house and it was easily big enough. There are three double bedrooms and a large bathroom in the roof space. There is also a separate upstairs toilet, but it doesn’t have a handbasin in it (that’s about the only negative I can think of). The upstairs bedrooms have sloping ceilings which wasn’t a problem but reduces the usable floor area. However they all have plenty of storage space in wardrobes and cupboards. Downstairs is primarily open plan living-dining-kitchen area, but there is a fourth bedroom and a shower room/toilet.
