We stayed there during the valentines day weekend, and had a nice time. However, after the stay the resort management charged horrendous fees which made no sense at all.
We stayed there for two nights and paid nearly $700 for the two nights. However, afterwards, they charged our credit card an additional $800.00 for what they called damages. When we asked for explanation, at first they did not respond. After several phone calls and emails, they finally replied back saying that there were marks on the wall, and that they had to repaint the entire top floor.
When we asked for proof, again no response for nearly two weeks. After repeated phone calls, yet again, they sent pictures of what seemed like dust marks. Pictures are attached.
They also charged us $35 for cleaning the dinning table top. Which again makes no sense, because on their website it states that they will clean up after the guests have left.
All in all- I would not recommend this to...
