    With a population of 18,250, White Rock is located in the southwest corner of the Lower Mainland, forty-five kilometres from Vancouver. It is an exciting seaside community clustered around an eight kilometre sandy beach and the warm shallow waters of Semiahmoo Bay. Our home is a 5 minute drive to White Rock beach. The area is called Douglas in South Surrey. We are four blocks from the US boarder.
    There are many parks in the area and we enjoy walking in our own neighbourhood. Peace Arch golf club is a 10 min. walk from our door. There are many other golf clubs in the area.
    There are many dining options a close drive away. Additionally there are two pub/restaurants that are a 5-10 min walk away.
    There are plenty of shopping options either in White Rock/South Surrey or in neighbouring Blaine which is somewhat limited.
