    This stunning penthouse is set in a quiet residential area, very close to central Sliema. This duplex penthouse is situated on top of a modern block of apartments on the third and fourth floor, served with lift. It consists of three bedrooms on the 3rd floor. It has a double bedroom overlooking the street, another double bedroom with a back balcony and another single bedroom to which an extra bed could easily fit for the 6th guest. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. Also on this floor there is a spacious, family bathroom with a bath tub.

    Additional Rate and Availability Information
    MMinimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season.
    Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation, while the balance is to be paid in cash on arrival.

    A refundable deposit of 200euro is payable on booking and will be eventually refunded either by bank transfer or paypal after a maximum of 15 days from the check out date.

    Preferred deposit payment methods are by a direct bank transfer to a bank account or by Pay-Pal.

    The apartment includes basic water and electricity supply for the whole stay which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 euros per unit (1kwh).

    Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.

We stayed here, 4 of us, from the 12th-22nd August 2013..

Good points:
Location: You are literally minutes from bus stops which can take you to Valletta, Sliema, St Julians etc... Sliema is a 20 minute stroll away.

Accommodation size: The sleeping and entertaining areas in this property are more than adequate for a party of 5, I would say 5 is the max as one of the bedrooms is a single.

Wifi: Free wifi was available for the whole stay which is a bonus.

Bad Points.
Pots & pans had scratches and ground in grease marks, cups had chips & not enough to cater for the advertised amount of guests, BBQ was not cleaned from its last use (We didn't cook a single meal in the property, we just warmed in a micro) bedding had stains on (it was definitely clean but the marks were a bit off putting) the bed frame in the main bedroom creaked every time I slightly moved, missing lightbulbs, general level of cleanliness throughout the property...

I travelled with a group of 6 people to Malta, staying at this apartment for 7 nights. It's located in Msida, and is a 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and 5 minute stroll to the beautiful marina in Ta-Xbiex. Booking with the agent Ralph Vella was very straight-forward, and I found him very flexible to deal with - we had a couple of requests that he was able to accommodate without hassle. We opted for a taxi-transfer as arranged by the letting company, an inexpensive option if you are travelling as a group and takes the hassle out of having to locate the apartment on your own. A €200 security deposit was given to the agent and returned promptly on departure.

The apartment was exactly as described and there were no unexpected or hidden surprises. Located in a quiet residential area, the penthouse is on 2 levels - 3 good sized bedrooms (2 double, 1 single) and a bathroom on the lower level and the large open plan living space / kitchen area is accessible via a spiral...
