    Holiday Rental House – 
    4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 8
    The property was architect designed in 1954 and has remained in the family since. It has recently benefited from a sympathetic restoration and is an ideal base to explore Newquay and Cornwall. Although built post WW2, the interior has an art deco feel to it with its curved staircase original bathroom suite, moorish styled arches and parquet flooring.

    It is perfect for families with children, has 2 spacious gardens both in the front and rear with a covered pargolla in the back garden.

    Similarly, it is ideal for golfers, surfers and walkers with all amenities easily walkable. A car is not necessary for a Newquay based holiday, however a car is advised if you wish to explore the attractions of the County.

    The accommodation is available at 4pm on the day of arrival and we kindly request that you vacate the premises by 10 am on the day of departure.

    Dogs are welcome but a levy of £40 per dog per stay will be charged.

    A security bond of £250 is required upon payment of the balance, which is refunded following your departure pending no damage or breakages.

This was perfect for a family of 5 adults. The aga was great at drying all our gear (given that it was such a wet week), and we had a great time cooking with it too. Can wholeheartedly recommend this house for families. It is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The garden is ideal for small children as there is plenty of room and they can't escape.
