    A non-returnable booking fee of £20.00 per booking.
    Prices quoted are for 4 guests using 2 bedrooms this includes the cost of towels & linen for guests staying up to 7 days.
    The accommodation can sleep up to 6 guests, as a sofa bed is available.There is an extra charge for linen & towels for 2 extra guests staying. This charge will be shown on the booking form.
    A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to reach us within 5 working days.
    The balance for the booking is due six weeks before arrival.
    For bookings arriving less than 6 weeks, payment must be made in full.
    We can accept payment through PayPal,Maestro,Mastercard,Visa(+3.4% surcharge)
    BACS or cheque payments carry no charge.

The booking process was very smooth especially considering it was an incredibly last minute short notice booking - Julie accomodated us very easily and the paypal facilities meant it could be booked and secured with payment as fast as lightening.
