Excellent location - just over 5 mins walk in 1 direction you've got Newquay town, 5 mins walk in another you've got Fistral beach.

The apartment is on the top (4th) floor - there are two lifts. Although facing the road, there's very little traffic noise and in general we heard very little noise from our neighbours. There are views of the golf course from the balconies and all the rooms of the apartment. From the balcony and part of the lounge you can see Fistral beach.

The property was spotless when we arrived and had pretty much everything you need - even the kitchen was well equipped, which we've found isn't always the case, even in quite expensive flats.

The lounge/kitchen is very spacious, the bedrooms are smaller but still fine. The "third" bedroom is just off the kitchen and only separated by a sliding wooden door, so be aware of this if you're going to use this area for sleeping.

The décor is very neutral, to the extent we found it...
