    Situated in a stunning location above Newquay Harbour with fantastic views from every room of the sea and beaches.
    A fabulous private balcony stretches in front of the house which is also accessed from the sliding doors of the lounge.
    The interior is light and airy and modern, with comfortable seating, and every amenity you can think of.
    The entry door is to the kitchen area which adjoins the dining area and lounge.
    Guests return year after year. Parking for two cars.
    The bedrooms are extremely comfortable, two king size double bedded rooms each with their own private ensuite, and a twin bedded room next door to the family bathroom.
    I only accept families and couples, no single sex parties.

    By car it is an easy drive on the A30 to the turn off for Newquay, following signs to Fistral Beach then passing the Red Lion Pub on the corner, take the turn to the right which is King Edward Crescent, up the road to the NO ENTRY sign and turn right through the black metal gates with the house name on the gates.
    Park in the allotted space in front of you and the House is directly behind you. Accessed by gradual steps to the deck in front of the house.

I've stayed in and around Newquay many times over the last 25 years and this accommodation has been the best, hands down!
It's located at the end of a graffitied side road, but please don't let that put you off.
The owner lives in the adjoining property and she is very nice and friendly, but keeps her distance unless you need something.

The accommodation is relatively new and has views to die for!! You have a long lounge and combined kitchen leading to 2 ground floor bedrooms, 1 with ensuite. There is also a bathroom. Above these bedrooms is the 3rd and master bedroom and because of its elevated position and side and front windows you gain an almost panoramic view with the front looking over the harbour and beach & side windows looking out to sea (magical).

We stayed for 3 nights and during this time we were treated to a fireworks display on the harbour wall one night and Helicopter resue training the following day. With an easy walk into the...

Having just returned from a fantastic week away, i feel like i have to share what a wonderful time my family and i had. The apartment and view is worth every penny. I can not believe i am the first person to leave a review about this place. we are already in the process of booking again for next year. would like to say a massive Thank you to Annabelle for her hospitality and a fantastic Cream Tea. We can not wait to see you again next year :) more
