    Holiday Rental House –
    6 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Sleeps 12
Trevillett Mill offers self catering holiday accommodation exclusively set in the beautiful Rocky Valley and a short walk to the sea. Nestling between Tintagel and Boscastle on the north Cornwall coast, Port Isaac, Padstow and many other renown holiday destinations are just a short drive away.

Full of character, the Mill is a unique and fantastic place to be away from it all, but at the same time be at the heart of a land full of mystery, myth and legend, and of course, dramatic Cornish coastline.

This 15th-century Grade II listed former watermill is set within its own 6 acres of land, exclsuively in Rocky Valley. The Mill house itself was built in 1472 and was made famous by Thomas Creswick, whose painting `The Valley Mill' hung in the Royal Academy exhibition of 1851. It is less...

    How to get there
For the vast majority of people who drive from the east and north, the M5 at Exeter tends to be the gateway to the southwest and so directions start from here.

From the M5 as it runs out just past Exeter, veer left signposted Okehampton and Bodmin A30.

Keep following the A30 past Okehampton heading for Bodmin. At the Kennards House junction (about a mile past Launceston), turn off onto the A395, signposted Camelford, Wadebridge, North Cornwall. You start heading north and towards the coast. It is approx. 17 miles to Rocky Valley from here.

Follow the A395 for 8 miles until you get to the village of Hallworthy. Just after the hotel, turn right onto the B3762, signposted Bude.

Follow this road for approx. 2 miles until you meet the A39 (the Atlantic Highway).

    Turn left, signposted C...

I usually give 4 stars out of 5 since NO place is ever perfect. This one was. I can't help myself and have to give it a 5. I suppose I could fault the taps for not running beer and wine... but then you would probably find the reviewer delusional and might discount the review. The cream tea at the... more

Stayed with a group of friends (12 of us in all) end January 2015. The Mill is large and comfortable and was a perfect venue for our group (and 3 dogs). Excellent facilities - very well equipped kitchen and amazingly efficient log burner. Stunning local walks...we had a really good time! more
