Stayed with husband and daughter for 5 nights. Flat 10 is on the lower ground floor and there is a lift.
The furniture is simple but fine for a self-catering flat - just be aware you need to bring EVERYTHING except linen ( eg loo rolls, washing up liquid, sponges, flash wipes to clean surfaces, tea towels and bath towels).
The letting agent we dealt with was excellent - replies to emails and calls were swift, and everything went smoothly. We had a couple of minor issues with a beeping smoke alarm and lightbulbs and issues were sorted out promptly.
Although the road is off a main road, there can be noise in the night, especially friday night, with people walking up to the main road, and although we didn't have major problems with parking as there is free parking around the flats, I can imagine in the height of summer, it could be an issue to find space.
The flat is literally a 2 minute walk to the main beach and promenade which is a big bonus. more
