Despite initially getting lost and unable to find, we soon settled in to this lovely little holiday home.
Everything is on one level, making it ideal for my 88 year old mum.
Lovely views out to the rear and nice patio area with furniture, which unfortunately we hardly used due to the good old English weather.
The family were extremely helpful and friendly, as were the animals, including the bread eating sheep! Chickens wandered around the site and it had a very homely feel.
The only downside for us was that the seating in the lounge wasn't the most comfortable. We improvised for mum by moving the cushions around but we found that we couldn't sit for long periods without getting stiff. Maybe this isn't a problem during the summer months because people are outside more, but as it was chilly and rainy we did spend a lot of time in the cottage.
