Also on the ground floor is a toilet. The 1st floor comprises 2 double bedrooms, with wardrobes and drawer space and a TV in bedroom 2. Bathroom no.1 is situated on this floor with a shower, toilet and sink. The 2nd floor comprises 2 further double bedrooms, 1 with 2 junior/double beds and the other with 2 single beds. The 2nd bathroom is on this floor, with a bath, in bath shower, toilet and sink.
    Outside the back of the house is a private, walled, patio garden, with a picnic bench and to the front of the house is a gated, patio area with a bench.

I arranged for a group of Scuba Divers to visit Swanage and use this house for the stay.
