It is finished to a very good standard, and is large and spacious, with a real light and airy feel. Fantastic coastal walks abound, or enjoy a trip on the Swanage Steam Railway. Monkey World and the Tank Museum are both 12 miles away, whilst Putlake Adventure Farm is just 0.5 miles. Horse riding, clay pigeon shooting and fishing are all available locally. Spacious apartment, ideally situated, well equipped.
However :
Frying pan so dirty we could not use it
Carpert stained, dirty and sticky
Settee stained and grubby
Shower leaked and mildew in several places
Bathroom had paint peeling and plaster showing in several areas
Dining chairs stained
Oven greasy inside and needed cleaning, not used
Outdoor furniture grubby and umbrella broken
