    Our apartment 'The Berkeley', was a former grand and popular hotel in the heart of Southsea. This apartment is situated on the upper ground floor on the corner of the Berkeley building, benefitting from double aspect views of the solent and Southsea Pier. The windows are large which are ideal to sit by them comfortably and watch the world go by and yet private. You will be walking distance away from the restaurants, shops and places of interest, and a stones throw away from the sea.

Stayed here for a few days so we could visit the Historic Dockyard. Flat was very spacious and had everything needed. The views from the front window were fabulous. Ships, Ferries! The flat was very warm and had everything we needed. It is in a very central spot to explore Portsmouth and surrounds but we also enjoyed sitting and watching the world go by from the front windows.. more

The ground floor apartment is located opposite the seafront with stunning views of the sea and Isle of Wight (on a clear day). It was a pleasure to just sit indoors watching the ships sail by or going for a stroll along the seafront to Canoe Lake to feed the swans.
