    We accept payment by credit/debit cards and Paypal. We also accept cheques and BACS (bank transfer) which are free unless from abroad. PLEASE NOTE all charges are to be paid by the holidaymaker.

    £35 per week winter heating/utilities charge from beginning of October to end of April. From 1st May to 30th September £25 per week utilities charge (not applicable to short breaks).

    Short breaks are available (excluding High Season) - the cottage is extremely popular for week long breaks, so please refer to the nightly rates. Please bring your own towels on short breaks, thank you. Alternatively, please advise if you would like us to provide them at an extra charge of £20.

    Accommodation is normally available for check in at 3pm and to be vacated by NO LATER THAN 10am on the day of departure. Later arrivals must be pre-arranged with us. Late departures will incur a charge of £5 for every 15 minutes.

    Lets are usually Saturday to Saturday but we are flexible.

    From North of London, take M25 Junction 3 (M20) then proceed as above.

    BY RAIL

    Trains run from London Charing Cross regularly to Dover Priory. Fox's Crossing is a short taxi ride from the station and taxis are always available.

    BY AIR

    Nearest airport is Kent International Airport at Manston, 36km. Gatwick airport is 123km and hire cars can be obtained there in advance.

    BY FERRY

    Dover Ferry Port operates regular ferries to and from Calais.

The cottage is well located in terms of being close to the coast but not on it. You get a sense of being in the country but you are 5 to 10 minutes drive from a major shopping area. Fabulous place with a beautiful garden and surroundings. Beautiful kitchen..very high spec. We used all 3 bedrooms and the room with the bunk beds are fine for an adult to use.
