    Bedroom (ground floor) - double bed, bedside tables, DAB clock radio, drawers, wardrobe, dressing table, hair dryer and mirror.
    Bathroom (ground floor) - shower, toilet, sink, mirror and shaver socket.
    Kitchen (Mid floor) - oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, table and chairs.
    Lounge (first floor) - two twin sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), table, iPod docking station, 32' TV, freeSAT, DVD/CD player and cosy wood burning stove.
    Also availble - hoover, iron, freezer and washing machine.

    Change over days are normally a Friday or a Monday, giving the option of weekly, weekend or midweek breaks, however, if these are not suitable please contact Gavin or Wendy to discuss options and rates. Payment by bank transfer, card (using Paypal service), Paypal, or cheque.

    Driving north on the M6 leave the motorway at junction 40 and take the 4th exit onto the A66 signposted Brough:-
    Driving south on the M6 leave the motorway at junction 40 and take the 2nd exit onto the A66 signposted Brough:-
    then at the second roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A66 signposted Brough. Continue on the A66 for approximately five miles onto the new Temple Sowerby bypass and take the first exit left signposted Cliburn. At the T junction turn left signposted Cliburn, continue for 300m and take 1st left signposted Cliburn and after 300m take the 1st right signposted Cliburn. Follow this road carefully for two miles, as you exit the forest the Signal Box is immediately on the left.
