I read the reviews and was hopeful that this place would live up to expectation. It did. Make sure that you arrive in day light as it is not obvious to find, but once you know, it is easy. Our stay in this idyllic cottage was nothing short of perfection. The owners were welcoming and friendly and the cottage's location in close proximity to the city of York, local tourist attractions, the North Yorkshire moors and the local pubs was perfect.
