    The beauty of this central York apartment is further enhanced by the fact that although all of Yorks tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, Rowntree Rark and the river are very close by, it is quiet and peaceful and has its own large sunny patio overlooking beautiful communal gardens.

    The apartment has a Mediterranean feel to it and the carpet free environment makes it suitable for guests with allergies.There is an intercom.

    Ideal for a short break, a business visit or a longer holiday.

    A lot of people have commented that once you enter the complex from the main streets of York city centre via the large electric double gates, peace and tranquility descends on you. After parking in your dedicated undercover spot in the car-park, it's a few steps to the apartment doors. This is where being on the ground floor really matters - there is no struggling up the stairs with your luggage or in a lift to gain access to the apartment and we are one of only 2 apartments in this block that has its own patio so you can sit outside rather than having to look through the windows.

This apartment could not have been better, spotless, comfortable, quiet, everything you need is there to sc. There is also several eating places nearby and the location is just perfect for seeing all of Yorks attraction without the need to use the car. The secure parking is a bonus. more

This is a beautiful modern ground floor apartment. Spotlessly clean. On arrival we were met by Lisa who showed us around. There is secure parking, a lovely sunny patio area which overlooks the beautiful gardens. A brilliant location very close to the centre of York and yet very quiet at night. Perfect. The apartment is lovely. Right by the river and only a few minutes walk from the toen centre. The patio is a real sun trap in the afternoon - perfect for a glass of wine and a bit of bird watching! The communal gardens are beautiful and so well maintained - and full of birds. The apartment is so clean... more
