    Please note this property is not available for single sex parties or hen/stag groups.
    On agreement of booking a booking fee is required to hold the property, this is £100 and is deducted from the rental costs, this deposit is none refundable. The balance of rental is payable four weeks before arrival, should you find it necessary to cancel within four weeks of arrival the payment will not be refunded unless I am able to let the property for the same dates. If you are booking just before arrival then cash on arrival is fine.

    A refundable £100 security deposit is required with final balance payment. The security deposit is refunded within one week of departure when the property has been checked and serviced.

    York is in North Yorkshire, England and is easily accessible from all parts of the UK.
    The most convenient airport to York is Manchester, although it is not the nearest you can get a train directly from the airport terminal to York, about one to one half hour journey. Leeds Bradford airport is the nearest airport and is about 45 minutes drive away.

    From the train station in York the property is approximately a five minute walk and detailed directions can be given should you take this option. For those of you driving there is a secure car park in front of the building with a reservation for one car, and also on street parking for an additional car.

2 of us stayed for a long weekend for Christmas shopping. Parked the car and no need to use it during stay as just a few minutes walk to the centre. House is great, everything needed for a stay away from home even down to the Christmas tree, which was lovely. Would definately recommend to friends and family. more

Myself and my six friends stayed here for a girly weekend. Right from the start Trudi was very prompt in replying to any messages. Although her advert says that the apartment sleeps six it can actually sleep seven as there is a sofa bed in the lounge However Trudi did explain that the dining and lounge area only accomodated six.... more

We had great weekend in York and enjoyed our stay in this lovely town house. We arrived by train and it was a short walk to the accommodation. The property was in a very quiet part of the town near the river but was only a short walk to all amenities. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed... more
