    It has one double bedroom and 1 double sofa-bed in the open plan lounge/kitchen.

    The apartment is a stunning open plan design with the feel of a penthouse. Due to the design of the building there are no apartments above it and it has the benefit of a terrace that wraps around it on 2 sides giving access from the bedroom, lounge and kitchen via patio doors.

    Here you can enjoy lovely views of the Tyne & Millennium Bridge, as well as the Sage building and a 270 degree view of the city skyline whilst enjoying a relaxing drink or meal

We had a great stay and John was very helpful in every way. The apartment is in the centre of Newcastle and provides sheltered parking. Great value and would recommend this to anyone! Thanks John! more

Stayed for the GNR. Everything we needed was in the flat, even an inspirational view of the Tyne Bridge. It was clean, quiet and close to the Quayside and walking distance to the town centre. The owner, John, has been very helpful from booking to returning deposit. Would definitely stay again. more

I found the apartment to be just as described and immaculately presented, everything I required for a self-catering holiday was available and everything worked - including the wi-fi! Also, the bed was extremely comfortable. The building itself also seemed well maintained, with a secure self-entry system and lift access to the fourth floor.
