    The annexe is only minutes from the city centre in one direction and minutes from St Pancras with its local restaurants in the other. It has recently been refurbished, has a spacious double bedroom with kingsize bed and hypo-allergenic mattress and pillows. The kitchen has a pleasant outlook onto the quiet road, it has fitted units and a freestanding gas cooker. The lounge/dining room has french doors which lead out to the garden where you are welcome to use the loungers to relax. Wifi is available and there is a Panasonic flat screen tv with freesat channels. All basic essentials for kitchen and bathroom are supplied.

This lovely annex is ideally situated to explore this lovely area. Its a ten minute walk into Chichester and as we travelled down from Yorkshire by rail this was perfect for us. The bus and rail network is excellent and we managed to get to the South Downs way and walk some of this glorious countryside. The accommodation was clean... more

I have been very impressed with the cleanliness and service in this accommodation. Communication is excellent making the booking and stay hassle free. The owners are very flexible and take individual needs into account. A five minute walk from town with parking is not always easy to find but here it is. The king size bed and bedroom are beautiful... more
