    Iona is a wonderful family holiday home in the heart of the West Sussex sailing village of Itchenor. With open plan living and 4 bedrooms, it is ideal for a family holiday or for a get-away with friends on the popular Sussex coast.

    Iona has a fantastic open plan feel to the ground floor of the cottage. This space includes a sitting area, dining area and kitchen, which then leads through to a second sitting room that overlooks the rear garden. This is a great space for the whole family to enjoy. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, an electric oven with gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a drinks fridge and a washing machine. The dining area has a refectory style table with bench seating. The ground floor also has a useful shower room.

    Where short breaks are permitted the following tariffs apply:

    3 nights: 75% of the weekly rent.
    4 nights: 80% of the weekly rent.
    5 nights: 85% of the weekly rent.
    6 nights: 90% of the weekly rent.

    In order to make a reservation more than 60 days in advance, a reservation fee of 30% of the rental value will be required, the balance then being due 60 days before the holiday starts, along with the booking fee of £35.00 and the refundable security deposit of £150.00. Payment can be made by debit card or credit card, or bank transfer. There is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments.
