    Its setting is perfect and wonderfully private – it's surrounded by 5 acres of our fields where you'll find horses grazing and sits in a large fenced garden with rolling lawns and views towards the Malvern Hills. It lies outside the quintessentially English village of Hanley Swan with its village green, a lily-covered duck pond and a very welcoming pub with an open fire.

    During the restoration of this 16th century house, great care was taken to preserve its original elements whilst incorporating all mod cons.

    Normal changeover day is a Friday or a Monday.

    WEEKEND = Friday and Saturday nights
    MIDWEEK = Sunday-Thursday nights.

    The minimum break for a period that doesn't include a Friday and Saturday night is 3 nights.
    To book a 2 night break that doesn't include a Friday and Saturday night please contact us for a quote as the quoting system is not able to generate an accurate quote.

    A deposit of 25% of the rental is payable when booking, the balance isn't due till 6 weeks before you arrive. A refundable damages deposit of £250 is payable with the balance,. This is normally refundable within a week of departure.

    Holiday Lettings Booking System allows payment by credit card. We can also accept payments by bank transfer.

Tickeridge Farm was certainly one of the best properties we have rented for a holiday break. The house is furnished to a high standard and the setting is very private with large grounds for the kids to play and not be inside. We would highly recommend this property and will certainly be staying again. more

From the moment I contacted the owner of the property, I was impressed by how helpful and friendly he was. We were a group of 9 adults, with 4 children under the age of 3 years old between us. We , party of 9 (including children under 5) enjoyed our stay. The weather was perfect, and the backdrop of the farmland, horses and the hills made it all picturesque. The Kitchen was huge, centre point of our holiday and well equipped. A few more bright lights in the living room would be helpful. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and tidy.... more
