Spent a week in this lovely converted cottage near Betws-y-Coed. Cottage was clean and very comfortable. Two generous sized double bedrooms with on suite. Z bed available for additional guest. This is a lovely cottage with everything we required for our stay. The cottage is beautifully maintained and well equipped. Dolwyddelan is an excellent location to explore North Wales and is a pretty village with some lovely walks. The children (8 and 7) particularly enjoyed "Bounce Below" in neighbouring Blenau Ffestiniog. The owners Helen and Ian were very welcoming. more

Bed linen, towels shower / bath mats and tea towels are included within the weekly rate, however, linen for cots should be provided by guests.
Short break rates are also inclusive of bed linen and a basket of logs, however, you will need to bring your own towels.
Electric wall-mounted heaters in all rooms, with a log burning stove in the main living area.
A basket of logs, bag of kindling and fire lighters are included within the weekly rate of the cottage.
Additional logs and kindling can be purchased from the owner or alternatively from the local shop.
Electricity is provided by way of £1.00 coin meter - please note that energy costs will differ from season to season (on average £1 per day during the summer to £3 - £4 per day during the winter).

£75.00 per week non refundable booking deposit or payable in full if booking within 6 weeks of starting holiday. Payment preferred by cheque, cash or bank transfer.

Please note the cottage can accommodate 6 maximum. (2 double beds, 1 single Z bed and a travel cot)

An additional fold away single bed with bedding and linen is also available on request at a nominal charge (suitable for a child).

Large basket of logs included. Additional logs available from owner or from local shop.
Electricity is charged at an extra cost by way of coin meter (£1.00).

Long weekend or midweek breaks offers outside main season or school holidays subject to availability from £75-00 to £84-00 per night. (Weekend and short break guests need to bring their own towels)
All our rates are competitively priced to reflect the fact that guests pay for their electricity during their stay.

M56 from Manchester to Chester. A55 from England following North Wales coast. At Llandudno Junction, follow A470 south through Llanrwst to Betws-y-coed. At Betws-y-Coed, continue on A470 following signs for Dolwyddelan. After 10km, turn left at cross-road in centre of Dolwyddelan village and continue for 0.1km. Y Neuadd Lwyd is set back from the road on the the right hand side directly before St. Gwyddelan's church.

Y Neuadd Lwyd can be easily reached by train using the Manchester to Holyhead main line changing at Llandudno Junction. The cottage is 0.2km from Dolwyddelan station
