The pictures on this site don't do this lovely place justice. The main lounge provided plentiful space for my sister and 18 of our friends for her hen weekend. The under floor heating and squishy sofa's made the large, double height room feel cosy.
Whilst the kitchen was small, the oven was huge and the counter style opening provided us with a handy bar!
I would advise people not to be be put off by the bunk beds as the upstairs ones are almost doubles and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in.
The pub is about a half hour stroll from the the house. Turn left at the top of the hill.
Ample fridge space in the kitchen and a large freezer in the outhouse. We would have preferred it if this was in the drying room as this would've suited our needs better, but for large groups planning muddy walks I can see why it is situated there.
We had an amazing time and it was definitely value for money :)
