5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 September 2013 for a stay in August 2013

We spent a fabulous week in the Borders. The cottage is well located for walking and sightseeing trips. It is an easy walk into Melrose where are friendly people, good eating and excellent shopping. Our week went by too quickly. Robert is a most responsive host and fixed minor and fixed minor glitches quickly and efficiently. The only issue is Trip advisor has the cottage misplotted in Newstead. more

Amazing accomodation, very comfortable with everything you need & more. Ideal location too as only 10 - 15 min walk into Melrose where there is a great choice of places to eat & drink. fantastic cycling on the doorstep. It was also really nice to meet Robert the owner.
Amazing views, came straight home & went on the computer to book again for the summer but is sadly already booked. Have recommended to family & freinds who are now also looking to book.
Truly wonderful place.... looking forward to our next visit
