    A beautiful, well equipped ground-floor apartment, in a quiet secure residential development, our goal is to make the apartment a home from home, so you can relax and enjoy your break in comfort.
    Ideal for couples, groups or families who want easy access to the city, plenty of space (100 sq meters) in a peaceful environment. 10 – 15 minutes walk from the east end of Princes Street, with private parking.
    A short walk to Edinburgh's many attractions, some things to mention, Holyrood Palace, The Parliament, The Castle, The Playhouse Theatre, Botanic Gardens and Princes Street.

    We are proud to have achieved the Scottish Tourist Board 3 Star Award as well as Category 3 access for residents with mobility issues. We have welcomed many guests with varying requirements over the years.

You will find a good selection of pots and pans, casserole dishes and oven trays. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, bin bags, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, washing up powder, freezer bags.

    In order to secure the booking I require a 25% non refundable deposit. I ask that the full balance is paid four (eight weeks at peak times) weeks before your arrival date.

The accommodation far exceeded our expectation; it was very spacious, had all the modern conveniences we hoped for and was spotlessly clean! This roomy, bright and well-equipped apartment was sparkling clean upon our arrival and provided us with an excellent base for exploring the city during our week-long stay.
