A warm welcome from the start and very pleasantly surprised at the cottage - it was huge!

Set in farmland with views to the distant rolling hills with the sound of sheep talking about whatever sheep talk about, yet easy car access to Falkirk for the trains to Glasgow and Edinburgh. (we were up for the Commonwealth Games so a big plus)

Owners very knowledgeable about the local area and history - so consult them for local attractions and walks.

Will definitely return.

Management response:

Thank you so much for such a lovely review and for taking the time to do that. It would be our pleasure to have you revisit and assure you of a warm Scottish welcome once again. more

5 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 June 2014 for a stay in August 2013

It was the beautiful location in Scotland. The host couldn't be more helpful, with extended knowledge of the area and the history in and around Bonnybridge/Falkirk. The cottage was very comfortable and relaxing. It was easy to travel from the cottage to Stirling Castle, Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Yacht Britannia.

I will be staying here again on our next visit in 2015.

Management response:

Thank you so much for the review it was such a pleasure for us to have you and your family to stay at the Cottage. more
