    On arrival In St Andrews the apartment is accessed from Argyle St. Parking is on Argyle St. Enter the property down the lane through the back garden. Access is through the back door into a hall which is very spacious for storing clubs etc.

    Bedroom 1: To the right is the first bedroom with a a double bed. This room is very spacious with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The view from the window is to the back garden.

    Family bathroom: This is to the left of the hallway as you enter through the back door and is complete with bath, shower and wash hand basin.

    Lounge/dining room: Just around the corner to the left of the back door you will find this lovely room, which is extremely spacious with windows at either end. The lovely bay window to the front of the room looks out over the fron...

Wifi there but could not connect .The two main bedrooms are large and have ample storage.There is also a room to dry clothes in.The main living area is large and very comfortable.The apartment is very quiet but only a few moments from town. more

Excellent location, particularly as we have a dog and easy access to the Lade Braes and Cockshaugh Park was important to us as we walked there every morning. House was in a perfect location back and front garden very well maintained. Great for walking into town. Lots of space inside for 5 adults.The quality of the furniture was poor for the rental charged - every piece of furniture was mismatched and had seen better days!
