Aikenhead House Review

An outstanding holiday letting that satisfied all of our requirements and exceeded our expectations in all areas.

So, in no particular order, as all areas were exceptional;

Location
The flat is one of fourteen self-contained private properties and is situated on the ground floor of a large early nineteenth century house. There are three or four steps into the main part of the house and level access into the flat from there. Within the property there are a few small single steps into different areas but they are no problem. The house is based within 60 plus acres of the beautiful mature gardens of Kings Park in South Glasgow. The majority of the park is open parkland with very mature large trees. There is an enclosed walled garden within 50 metres of the house with a spectacularly managed array of flowerbeds.
