The Byre is situated on a small working farm in the Highlands of Scotland. It's rural but situated close enough to Inverness and Nairn to enjoy townlife too. After a days' exploring return to the Byre to relax and unwind. The Byre is one of three cottages in a converted farm steading on small working farm in the Highlands.

It provides comfortable accommodation and an ideal location to tour the Highlands - Loch Ness, Aviemore & the Cairngorm Mountains, Dolphin Spotting, superb golf, Inverness (10 miles) and Nairn (6 miles). Culloden Battlefield, Cawdor Castle and Fort George nearby. Views of Moray Firth from farm. The Byre is one of 3 cottages in a u-shape. We are 3 star Quality Assured by VisitScotland.

It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It's a great spot as a base and peaceful to come back to. I would recommend it highly and hope to come back for a longer stay. more
