As one of the Pier Holiday Homes - a privately owned complex of 8 terraced properties – this cottage is located just around the corner from the high street in Union Hall village, County Cork. The accommodation has an upside-down layout, with the bedrooms on the ground floor and the open-plan living accommodation on the first floor. The property has been well decorated throughout and provides a cosy holiday home for up to seven people. Outside, there is off-road parking for up to two cars and a small garden with patio furniture.

Town: With its own active fishing fleet, pleasure boats and calm waters for water skiing, diving and canoeing, the village of Union Hall is an excellent place for anyone looking to enjoy a holiday by the sea. Reached via a causeway, the village is steeped in history and the surrounding region is full of castle ruins and forts. Today, this little town offers a selection of pubs, seafood restaurants, a supermarket, fishmongers, a post office, a bureau de change and the annual Union Hall Festival, held every June. Visitors are also able to hire a boat for a trip to the off shore islands, whilst the surrounding area also offers good walking opportunities. Skibbereen, a vibrant town, is approximately seven miles away and boasts a range of shops, restaurants and pubs, along with the fascinating West Cork Arts Centre and Skibbereen Heritage Centre.
Rate Info: All bookings are subject to an additional £34.00 booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
